I was lucky once, I was hired as a cook without experience. Thanks to foreign teachers, at the time when the restaurant business was just beginning its development, I got that invaluable experience that opened the door to me in the world of tastes and creativity. The long way from the cook to the concept executive chef gave me the opportunity to comprehend all the subtleties in cooking and management.
